What is this store's return and exchange policy?

You may return your stool plugs for any reason within 30 days for a full refund. You must pay the return shipping.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Currently we only accept orders from the United States and Canada. However, if you really need some plugs, contact us with where you would like them shipped, and we'll see if we can figure out shipping rates to there.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It generally takes 1 to 2 weeks for your order to arrive.

I don't see the plug that I need for you stool or chair. Do you have it?

We usually can get almost any size of plug, so please use the contact us page, and let us know how many you need.
